To Create An Account
Enterprise customers of iConnect Cloud Archive who wish to create new accounts for the storage, viewing and sharing of their images should follow the process outlined below:
1. Submit a request here: Watson Health Support or call 877.741.5369
2. Start a new case with title/subject: iCCA Account Request
3. In the description, enter the details of the user(s)
a. Email
b. First name
c. Last name
d. Date account needed by
4. Once account is created, you will be notified via email.
